Population

          In the census of 2006, there is a reported 6,595,778 people living in Arizona. Boy, is that a whopping total of population total. In fact, it is increasing by 20.2%! It covers 114,000 square miles. It ranks 6th place in the largest state.

Counties

               There are 15 counties in Arizona. They are Apache, Navajo, Yuma, La Paz, Coconino, Mohave, Gila, Yavapai, Maricopa, Pinal, Greenlee, Graham, Pima, Santa Cruz, and Cochise.

Notable Cities

             There are many cities that are prior to Arizona. The Grand Canyon Village, for example, is a place where you can learn about Arizona's biggest atrraction, the Grand Canyon. it is also a place where you can sleep until the trip there. Other notable cities include Pheonix, Tuscon, Yuma, Tempe, Flagstaff, Casa Grande, Kingman, Winslow, Page, Benson, Quartzsite, and Williams. Pheonix, the state capital, is a great place to go to, bcked up by its gold Capitol Building. These are a must if you re visiting Arizona!
